Fish Farming Training & Consultancy

Stop losing fish to mistakes that could have been avoided. Our hands-on training gives you the exact knowledge and systems that profitable fish farmers use — from pond setup to harvest — so you stop guessing and start growing with confidence.

Everything Between Stocking and Selling

Most fish farming losses happen because of knowledge gaps, not bad luck. Our training covers the 5 areas where farmers lose the most money — and shows you exactly how to avoid each one.

This is not a lecture-style seminar where someone reads slides at you. You will work with real ponds, real fish, and real scenarios. Every session is built around the practical decisions you will face on your farm — and the mistakes that cost farmers thousands of Naira every cycle.

  • 🛠 Pond Setup & Water Management — How to build or prepare your pond system (earthen, concrete, or tarpaulin), manage water quality, and create the right environment for rapid growth. Get this wrong and everything else falls apart.
  • 🍽 Feed Management & Cost Control — Feed is 60–70% of your total cost. Learn how to choose the right feed, set proper feeding schedules, and reduce waste. Most farmers overfeed by 20–30% without realizing it.
  • 💊 Disease Prevention & Treatment — Recognize the early signs of common catfish diseases before they wipe out your stock. Learn water treatment protocols, biosecurity practices, and when to isolate affected fish.
  • 📈 Profit Maximization — When to harvest for maximum weight-to-feed ratio. How to time your sales for peak market prices. Simple strategies that can increase your profit margin by 15–25% per cycle.
  • 📝 Record Keeping & Farm Management — Track your costs, mortality, feed conversion, and sales with simple systems. You cannot improve what you do not measure — and most farmers measure nothing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the training cost?

Training fees depend on the format (on-site vs. virtual), duration, and group size. We keep our rates affordable because we want more farmers to succeed, not fewer. Contact us for current pricing — we will match a package to your budget and goals.

Do I need any prior experience?

No. Our beginner track assumes zero knowledge. We have trained people who had never touched a fish before — and within a few months, they were running profitable operations. If you are an experienced farmer, we tailor the training to address your specific challenges.

What do I get after the training?

You get a complete farm management guide (feeding schedules, water parameters, treatment protocols), 30 days of free WhatsApp support for follow-up questions, and a discount on your first fingerling order from us. We stay connected because your success is our best marketing.

Can I bring my farm manager or partner?

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. The biggest risk in fish farming is knowledge sitting in one person's head. Bringing your farm manager means the daily operations person has the same knowledge as the owner. Group rates are available for 2 or more participants.

Stop Guessing. Start Growing.

Every cycle you run without proper knowledge is money you are leaving on the table — or worse, money you are losing to preventable deaths. One training session can change the trajectory of your entire farm business.
